Vitaliy Viktorovich Turinok ( Ukrainian. Vitaliy Viktorovich Turinok ; born September 14, 1973 ) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur. Chairman of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration (from September 5, 2019) [4] .

Biography
In September - October 1990 - a seasonal worker in the horticultural team No. 1 of the Transportny state farm in Donetsk region . In October - November 1990 - an auxiliary worker of the 1st category of the repair and construction workshop of the Donetsk Chemical and Metallurgical Plant .
In December 1990 - July 1991 - student of the full-time preparatory department of the Zaporizhzhya Industrial Institute . In July 1991 - June 1997 - student of the Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy.
In January 2001 - April 2005, he was Director of Afganets LLC. In April 2005 - April 2006 - Director for Development, LLC Postulate. In June 2007 - September 2008 - Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs of Postulate LLC.
In July 2003 - September 2008 - Chairman of the Board of CJSC " Rivne House-Building Plant" (part-time). In September 2008 - January 2011 - Chairman of the Board of Rivne House-Building Plant CJSC. In January 2011 - June 2012 - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "Rivne House-Building Plant". In June 2012 - September 2019 - Regional Development Manager of the Company with the additional responsibility of “Rivne House-Building Plant”.
Co-owner of several businesses in the field of construction and industry: Rivne House-Building Plant, Volynferrometal, Intertrade and others [5] .
Since September 5, 2019 - Chairman of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration [6] . He was elected at the Presidential Office to the post of head of the regional administration without competition [7] . The newly appointed head was represented in the Zaporizhzhya region not by President Vladimir Zelensky , but by the first deputy head of the Presidential Office, Sergey Trofimov [6] .
