Known for his works on the study of the Crusades , the relationship of Christianity and Islam in the Middle Ages and medieval magical representations.
The Russian translation published his monographs “ The Origins of Medieval Knighthood ” and “ Europe and Islam: a History of Misunderstanding ”, as well as the publication “A Guide to the Middle Ages ” [2] .
