Biography
Born in 1920 in the village of Asy-Saga. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1940 - on economic, social and political work. In 1940 - 1983 - teacher, head teacher of a secondary school, participant in the Great Patriotic War, school director, head of the Chiliksky district, director of a secondary school, head of the Narynkol district, secretary, second secretary of the Narynkol district committee of the Communist Party of China, secretary of the party committee of the Balkhash Production Administration of Agriculture, first secretary of the Balkhash district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, First Secretary of the Chilik District Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR of the 8th convocation.
He died in 1997.
The village of Khusain Bizhanov was named after him.
