Biography

Esther Morris Leidolf is an American sociologist and medical professional, writer, founder of the MRKH organization, and also secretary of the Intersex Society of North America [2] [3] . Morris Leidorf spoke at conferences and events, including . [4] Her works include The Missing Vagina Monologue [5] [6] [7] . She stated [2] :

 The fact that I was born without a vagina was not my problem. The need to get hold of him became a real problem 

Along with other activists, Morris Leydolf criticized in 2006 the transition of medical terminology from the term "intersex" to the term "gender dysfunction" [8] [9] . She was one of the participants in the 2012 award-winning Intersexion documentary.
