Biography
Born in 1912 in Kramatorsk. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1926 - on economic work. In 1926 - 1988 :
- factory fitter, shift manager in Enakievo,
- Assistant to the superintendent, engineer of management "Kokskhimmontazh",
- foreman. Head of the assembly office, chief engineer of the Kokskhimmontazh department in Nizhny Tagil, Chelyabinsk,
- Head of SMU "Kokskhimmontazh" of the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk,
- Chief Engineer of the Kokskhimmontazh Trust in Moscow,
- Chief Construction Specialist, Bhilai MK
- Minister, First Deputy Minister of Construction of the Kazakh SSR,
- Minister of installation and special construction works of the Kazakh SSR,
- Head of Soviet specialists in the construction of Iskenderunsky MK,
- General Director of the construction of the Anab MH in Algeria,
- deputy minister of installation and special construction works of the USSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR of the 6th, 7th and 8th convocations.
He died in Moscow in 1992.
