History
The construction of a new microdistrict was begun in the early 2000s. The first multi-storey buildings were built along Spasskaya Street and Architect Belobrov. The streets were named during the construction of a new neighborhood. The buildings of the Magnit store and other retail premises were built.
For the microdistrict, a boiler room was used, previously owned by the Dmitrov Experimental Mechanical Plant, which was modernized [1] .
In addition to apartment buildings and retail space, it was planned to build a social infrastructure: kindergartens, schools, a clinic, a sports complex, underground parking. It was also planned to create an artificial lake [2] . So far, all this is not. Residents of new homes have to use a kindergarten and a school in the neighboring microdistrict of DZFS.
In 2010, the construction of new three-story apartment buildings behind a high-voltage power line along Spasskaya Street and a boiler room to them. The construction formed a low-rise quarter on Spasskaya.
Dolgostroy on Spasskaya Street, 6a, was commissioned at the end of 2017 [3] .
Monolithic brick houses (L-shaped), located opposite Professional Street (d. 167, 169), have not yet been commissioned [4] .
The quarter of private development βPodcherkovo-2β, which is closely adjacent to the multi-apartment building, can also be attributed to the microdistrict.
In 2018, a new bus stop βArchitect Belobrov Streetβ was organized [5] .
Location
The lands on which the microdistrict is located in the XVI - XVII century belonged to the Podcherkovsky patrimony. The building was built in front of a slope turning into a hill of the Klinsko-Dmitrov ridge .
In the west, beyond the industrial zone, there is a railway line from the Canalstroy station . Behind it is the duct of Old Yakhroma , into which a nameless stream flows through a microdistrict from a slope. Further, the canal named after Moscow , there is no passage to it.
This begs the creation of a passage (passage) to the channel to create a recreation area. Use of the landscape with Old Yakhroma with the creation of ponds (reclamation) and pedestrian bridges. Planting willow, bird cherry, birch and other moisture-resistant and moisture-loving trees.
