Andrei Mikhailovich Gerus ( Ukrainian: Andriy Mikhailovich Gerus ; born March 18, 1982 , Novovolynsk , Volyn Region ) - Ukrainian civil servant, politician. Representative of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (from May 22, 2019) [1] .

Biography
Born in a mining family. He graduated from the Economics Department of Ivan Franko Lviv National University (specializing in Economic Cybernetics), received an MBA from the Grenoble School of Business ( London ) [3] .
2003-2007 - Investment Analyst, Director of Trade and Investment Activities at Galnaftogaz Concern. 2007-2014 - Director for Investment, Concorde Capital . Since 2015 - Executive Director of Concorde Capital [4] .
2014–2015 - Member of the National Commission implementing state regulation in the fields of energy and utilities (NKREKP) [5] .
2015 - candidate for deputy of the city council from the party " Self-help ". Since 2017 - Chairman of the public organization "Association of Consumers of Energy and Utilities." He was one of the main critics of the Rotterdam Plus fuel pricing formula [6] .
Member of the team of presidential candidate 2019 Vladimir Zelensky [6] . Member of the party “ Servant of the people ” in the parliamentary elections of 2019 , No. 17 on the list [7] . Non-partisan. He lives in Kiev [8] .
