Pologovsky oil-extraction plant ( Ukrainian. Pologivsky olіnoekstraktsіyniy plant ) is an enterprise of the food industry in the city of Pologi, Pologovsky district, Zaporizhia region of Ukraine .

History
An oil extraction plant in the Pologi district center was built in accordance with the ninth five-year plan for the development of the national economy of the USSR and was commissioned in 1974 [2] .
In general, in Soviet times, the oil extraction plant was one of the largest enterprises in the city [3] [4] .
After the independence of Ukraine, the state enterprise was transformed into an open joint-stock company , and then reorganized into a closed joint-stock company . In the future, the plant mastered the bottling of vegetable oil in plastic bottles and began selling it under the trademarks Slaviya and Smarna Kraplya.
The plant finished 2015 with a net profit of 132.378 million hryvnias [1] .
The plant completed the year 2018 with a net loss of 25.6 million hryvnias [5] .
Current status
The plant includes a preparatory workshop, an oil extraction workshop, an oil refining workshop, an oil filling workshop, an elevator for raw materials with a capacity of 75,000 tons, a grain elevator elevator for 4,500 tons, a storage area for liquid vegetable oils with a capacity of 22,000 tons, as well as several auxiliary workshops and sections ( electrical services, workshop of railway transport, workshop of automobile transport, workshop of technical maintenance of technological equipment, treatment facilities, service of instrumentation and automation).
93.39% of the plant’s shares are owned by Von Sass AG (Switzerland) [1] .
As of September 2016, the plant was one of the largest producers of vegetable oil in Ukraine. In addition to sunflower and soybean oil , the company sold sunflower and soybean meal for cattle feeding [6] .
