Biography
Born in the family of the sculptor, a native of Italy, Miguel Allegro, his mother is Donatela Mila, a native of Baracoa , the paternal granddaughter of Italians and the Catalans - on the maternal side. He was married to Ana Duran, raised two children.

In 1919 he received a law degree from the University of Havana, and worked as a lawyer. Already in his youth he was involved in socio-political life.
