History

In December 1956, the first turbine generator of the Balti CHPP with a capacity of 4 MW and a steam boiler at station No. 1 with a capacity of 20 t / h were launched.

In 1958, a turbogenerator st. No. 2 with a capacity of 4 MW and steam boilers No. 2,3 with a productivity of 20 t / h. Fuel is coal.

In 1961, a turbogenerator st. No. 3 with a capacity of 12 MW and steam boilers No. 4,5 productivity of 75 t / h and in 1968 a steam boiler st. No. 6 with a productivity of 75 t / hour. Fuel is fuel oil. With the start of the turbogenerator st. No. 3, the development of district heating began in Balti. water heating boilers with a thermal capacity of 100 Gcal / h were commissioned: VK st. No. 1 - 1970 VK Art. No. 2 - 1973 VK Art. No. 3- 1986, VK Art. No. 4 −1988. The installed heat capacity of the CHPP amounted to 586.5 Gcal / h.

In 1967-1968 turbines st. No. 1.2 were transferred to work in a degraded vacuum mode with an increase in the thermal power of each turbine to 12 Gcal / h. In 1973, the turbine st. No. 3 was switched to backpressure with the exception of electricity generation through the condensation cycle.

In the years 1971-1973 steam boilers No. 1,2,3 transferred to the burning of fuel oil with an increase in the productivity of each boiler from 20 to 40 t / h.

In 1987-1989, reconstruction of steam boilers at st. No. 6 with an increase in the productivity of each boiler from 75 to 100 t / h.

In 1993, the steam boiler st. No. 7 with a productivity of 75 t / hour. Over the past years, the staff of the enterprise has done a great job to commission new capacities and reconstruct existing equipment in order to increase its reliability and efficiency.

In 1990-1993 steam boilers No. 1 - 7 and boilers st. Nos. 1–4 were transferred to the burning of natural gas, a new fuel pump was put into operation, and two fuel oil storage tanks of 5000 cubic meters were installed. each, which allows the company to have a 20-day supply of fuel oil at maximum load.

In 1995, a turbine of station No. 3, which had worked out its life, was replaced by a turbine of the PT-12-35 type with a capacity of 12 MW.

In 1996, turbine units of Art. No. 1,2, spent their life, to replace them with turbines of type PT-12-35 with a capacity of 12 MW. The construction of the foundation for turbine units st. No. 1,2. Reconstruction of the turbine st. No. 4 with an increase in electric power from 8.4 to 12 MW.

On November 3, 1997, in connection with the reorganization of the Moldenergo Group of Companies, JSC CET-NORD was established on the basis of the Balti TPP.

In 2000, according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 415 of May 2, 2000, the Balti section of heating networks was transferred to the balance of CET-NORD.

In 2003, the TG-3 was transferred from the condensation mode to operation in the “degraded vacuum” mode.

In 2004, electronic electricity meters were installed in the switchgear, switchgear and switchgear - 110 kV with the introduction of commercial metering of electric and thermal energy.

In 2005, a PT-12-35 type turbine unit with a capacity of 12 MW was installed and commissioned to operate in the “degraded vacuum” mode.

In 2007, the building of the calibration metrological laboratory was built and a pouring installation was installed, which provides for the verification of heat meters installed at consumers. This provides a high-quality account of the released heat energy. [one]
