Biography
Aldyn-ool Oyun Tolepovich was born on 08/18/1923 in the town of Bayan-Kol of Biya-Khemsky kozhuun of the Tuvan People’s Republic. He has been a member of the CPSU since April 1942, party ticket number No. 00978188.
From 01/18/1941 to 10/15/1942 he was secretary of the Biya-Khemsky and Tandinsky leather-making district committees of the Revolutionary Youth Union (RSM).
From 10/15/1942 to 08/15/1943 he worked as the released secretary of the RSM committee of the Tuva People’s Army.
From 05/15/1943 to 07/15/1944 he was a Komsomol member of the Central Committee of the Tuva RSM squadron of Tuvan volunteers as part of the 31st Guards Cavalry Regiment, the 8th Guards Division, and the 1st Ukrainian Front.
From 07/15/1944 to 10/13/1944 he worked as secretary of the Barun-Khemchiksky skin committee of the RSM of the Tuva People’s Republic, which was transformed (from 1944 to 1948) into the Komsomol district committee of the Tuva Autonomous Region.
From August 1948 to May 1950 in the city of Kyzyl he was a student of the Tuva regional party school at the Regional Committee of the CPSU.
From June 1950 to August 1955 he worked as first secretary
From August 1955 to August 1958, he was a student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU in Moscow.
From August 1958 to 07/17/1962 he worked as the first secretary of the Barun-Khemchik District Communist Party Committee.
Since July 17, 1962 he worked as Minister of Public Order Protection (MOOP) of the Tuva Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
