Biography
Born April 3, 1929 in Sverdlovsk in a family of teachers. He graduated with honors from the Naval Faculty of the 1st Leningrad Medical Institute (1954). In 1954-1956 Head of the Medical Service of the Artillery Division in the Baltic Fleet.
In 1956-1957 local therapist in Sverdlovsk. Since 1957, a researcher at the cardiology group of the Sverdlovsk Research Institute of Balneology and Physiotherapy.
Since 1973, professor, since 1975 the head of the Department of Hospital Therapy, Kalinin (Tver) State Medical Academy.
Specialist in the field of rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension; treatment of functional diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Doctor of Medical Sciences (1972), Professor (1982).
Co-author of monographs:
- "Rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction" (1982),
- "Treatment and rehabilitation of patients with hypertension in a clinic" (1989),
- “Treatment and rehabilitation of patients with angina pectoris on an outpatient basis” (1995).
