Biography
Born January 23, 1954 in Montreal . She worked as an entrepreneur, journalist and communications consultant. She was first elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 2004 federal election from Saint-Bruno County-Saint-Hubert as a candidate for the Quebec bloc , outstripping candidate from the Liberal Party by Mark Savard by about 13,000 votes. In parliament, she was a critic of the [2] Minister of Labor from the Quebec Bloc. In the 2011 federal election, she was defeated by the candidate for the New Democratic Party, .
