The second [1] [2] is an island in Russia , in the Penzhinsky district of the Kamchatka Territory . It is located in the Penzhinskaya Bay [2] , in the Shelikhov Bay of the Sea of Okhotsk , to the south-east of the Third Island and Melkovodny Bay, to the south of the Elistratov Peninsula and Cape Elistratov, north of the Extreme Island [1] .
