Ivan Petrovich Duran ( Ukrainian: Ivan Petrovich Duran ; b. August 24, 1971 , p. Happy now in the Mukachevo district of Transcarpathian region ) - Ukrainian statesman, from June 11 to July 5, 2019 - acting head of the Transcarpathian regional state administration .

Biography
Born on August 24, 1971 in the village of Happy now in the Mukachevo district of the Transcarpathian region .
He has two higher educations: in 1995 he graduated from the Lviv Commercial Academy with a degree in enterprise economics; in 2008, he received a law degree from Uzhgorod National University .
He worked in the bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine .
Until 2016, he headed the Football Federation of Transcarpathia.
Since January 2016, he served as First Deputy Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration .
From July 11 [1] to July 5 [2] 2019, he was the Acting Chairman of the Sumy Regional State Administration.
