Biography
Andre Hilgers started playing drums at the age of seven. He began to seriously study music at the age of 10, since that time he began to take drums lessons (he studied for 6 years), guitar (3 years) and singing (2 years).
From 1986 to 1989, he performed in various musical groups, mastering various styles of playing and gaining his first professional experience. In 1989, he joined the band Ninja, with whom he recorded the album Liberty . In 1993, the musician became a member of the Subsequent collective, with whom he performed at ten concerts and recorded a demo. In 1994-1997 Andre was the drummer of Vanize. The following years, he continued to work as a “freelance drummer”, recording many albums with little- and medium-known musicians, until at the end of 2006 he joined the famous German band Rage . Since 2011, she has also been the drummer of the Sinner band ( Matt Sinner's solo project). In March 2019, he joined Bonfire as a permanent member.
