Biography
Samat Satybaldyuly Abish was born on August 20, 1978 in the Energy village of Almaty region of the Kazakh SSR in the family of Satybaldy Abishevich Nazarbayev, the younger brother of the first president of Kazakhstan .
In 2000 he graduated from the Academy of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan . In 2002, the Academy of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation .
