Biography
From the peasants.
In 1905 he entered the medical faculty of the Imperial Odessa University. On April 2, 1908 he was arrested and charged with membership in the Social Democratic Party. After a year and four months of imprisonment, the Odessa Military Court acquitted him along with eight other students, but he did not return to the university.
In 1913 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow University . In subsequent years, he worked as a jury.
After the revolution of 1917 he was the commissar of the city of Kutaisi, the speaker of the city council [ specify ] Kutaisi. Since November 1917 - Deputy Minister of Labor of the Transcaucasian Government. He was a member of the National Council of Georgia. In 1918 he signed the Act of Independence of Georgia [1] . In February 1919, elected to the Tiflis City Council [ specify ] , March 12, 1919 - a member of the Constituent Assembly of Georgia and worked in the legal, pension, election and labor committees. In January 1921, together with the other 11 members of the Social Democratic Party, they formed the opposition group Luch (Shivi), which organized a separate faction on February 11 of the same year.
He remained in Georgia after the Sovietization of Georgia in 1921 and actively participated in the resistance movement. Since 1924, departed from political activity. He lived and worked in Tbilisi, the last address is st. Machabeli 7. Member of the college of defenders. He worked as a legal adviser to the Silk Management.
Arrested on June 14, 1937 on charges of belonging to the Menshevik counter-revolutionary center. Shot on September 17, 1937 [2]
