Political Institute - a social institution that ensures the sustainability of politics. The Institute is formed through the establishment of norms of social interaction, the assimilation of these norms by the population, the imposition of sanctions in case of deviation from the accepted order; these factors ensure the self-reproduction of an institution that is independent of the individual's desires.
BDT identifies the following political institutions characteristic of modern society:
- parliamentary institute;
