Siegfried III von Boyneburg ( Siegfried III. Von Boyneburg ) (1050/55 - 1107) - Count of Boyneburg since 1083. The youngest son of the Bavarian Duke Otton of Nordheim and his wife Richenza of Swabia.

In 1075-1076 years. Together with his brother, Kuno was held hostage by King Henry IV. During this period, their rapprochement took place, and they became his loyal supporters (unlike his father).
In 1083, after the death of Otton of Nordheim, Siegfried III inherited the county of Boyneburg, the lands in Hesse, Nettegau and Ittergau and the wealth of the monasteries of Corvey and Northheim.
In 1101, his brother Henry Tolstoy died. Despite the fact that the deceased had a son, Siegfried III received control of his land in the region of Boyneburg and Northheim.
The name and origin of the wife is not known. Children:

- Henry (d. After 1152), Abbot of Corvey (1143–1146)
