History
The company was built in 1924. In 1935, the plant was transferred to the management of the Moscow Spirtotara Trust. At the same time, a complete reconstruction of the plant was made.
During the Great Patriotic War in 1941-1943. the village was under German occupation and the enterprise suffered, but in accordance with the fourth plan for the restoration and development of the national economy of the USSR in 1946, its restoration began.
In 1961, the plant was completely re-equipped. With the new equipment, the production of glasses with a capacity of 100 and 250 ml, vases and other varietal dishes began.
In general, in Soviet times, the plant was one of the leading enterprises in the village [1] [2] .
In May 1995, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a decision on the privatization of the plant [3] . Subsequently, the state-owned enterprise was transformed into an open joint stock company .
January 31, 2008 by a decision of the Economic Court of the Kiev region, the plant was declared bankrupt [4] .
Subsequently, the plant was reorganized into a limited liability company . In October 2009, the plant was bought by Prime Essets Capital Closed-End Non-Diversified Corporate Investment Fund OJSC, whose sole shareholder at that time was Foreign Minister and Head of the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine P. A. Poroshenko [5] .
On August 8, 2013, 160 tons of hot glass were spread on the ground floor of the building on an area of 150 square meters. m and a fire started at the plant, which was put out by the arrived firefighters [6] .
In 2017, the plant introduced an integrated quality and safety management system for packaging materials in accordance with the requirements of the FSSC 22000 certification scheme and the international standard ISO 9001.
Current status
According to the official website of the plant, in 2019 the plant included two glass containers that produced glass containers from colorless, green and brown glass. Glass cans of 12 standard sizes accounted for 62% of the production volume, and 38% were bottles for beer, wine and spirits of 24 standard sizes.
