Geographical position
The village is located in the southwestern part of Chad, on the right bank of the Logon River, at an altitude of 331 meters above sea level [1] . The village is located at a distance of approximately 254 kilometers southeast (SSE) from the country's capital N'Djamena .
Climate
The village's climate is characterized as semi-arid hot ( BSh in the Köppen climate classification ). The average annual temperature is 27.9 ° C. The average temperature of the coldest month (January) is 25.7 ° С, the hottest month (April) is 32 ° С. The estimated long-term rainfall is 827 mm. Throughout the year, the amount of precipitation is unevenly distributed, most of which falls in the period from April to October. Most precipitation falls in August (257 mm) [2] .
