Ruslan Andreyevich Ternovoi (born April 10, 2001 , Penza , Russia ) is a Russian water jumper, winner of the 2019 European Championship.

Biography
Born and lives in Penza. He represents the Russian team at international diving tournaments. Trained by Lukash and Borisov. He stands for SDUSSHOR (Penza), the Air Force [2] .
Champion of Russia 2016 in jumping from the tower. In 2017, at the Russian Championships he became a bronze medalist in synchronized jumping from a tower.
In October 2018, he took part in the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires , and won three bronze medals.
At the European Championship in Kiev in 2019, he became a bronze medalist in jumping from the tower [3] .
