Battlefleet gothic

Battlefleet Gothic is a board game set in the fictional universe of Warhammer 40,000 . Distributed by a subsidiary of Games Workshop Specialist Games . Battlefleet gothic

Game Mechanism

The movement has several subtleties. While some ships (such as Eldar ships) can turn in place, others need to plan ahead to make the turn, slowing down if necessary. Space can help ships in maneuvers, for example, planets and moons have gravitational wells, which give more turning power. Focusing on moving the fleet brings interesting strategic decisions to the game; the victory goes to the one who can outplay the opponent with maneuvers - to go behind enemy lines, where there is no weapon capable of causing serious damage.

In addition to gun batteries, the game also has a so-called “ ordnance ”, a collective military term, which in the context of Battlefleet Gothic includes torpedoes, fighters, bombers, and airborne modules. Ordnance may seem useless to beginners, but more experienced players will never ignore it.
