Football Club Careers
In 1977, the footballer began playing for the Vida football club. In 1982, the striker won the championship of Honduras. In 1982, the footballer moved to FC Real Murcia, with whom he won the second division of Spain and went up to Primera. The striker played in Example for two seasons , played 54 matches and scored 22 goals, one of them in the match against Real Madrid on April 8, 1984 (2-3) and another in the match against Barcelona on October 12, 1984 (1-1). In 1986-1988 José Figueroa played in the second division for Hercules. In the 1988/89 season, the footballer played in the Honduras championship for Motagua.
