2021 World Table Tennis Championships - 57th ITTF World Table Tennis Championships , the final part of which will be held in Houston ( USA ) in 2021 [1] . Five sets of medals will be played at the championship: in the men's and women's singles, in the men's and women's doubles, as well as in the mixed doubles.

Championship Organization
In May 2018, the ITTF announced that starting in 2021, the World Table Tennis Championships will be held in a new format. First, regional and continental selection stages will be held, and then, based on the selection results, the best 128 men and women in single events, the best 64 male and female couples, and the best 128 mixed couples will take part in the “ World Table Tennis Championship Finals ”. In March 2019, ITTF announced that two cities are claiming to host the 2021 World Cup finals - Agadir ( Morocco ) and Houston ( USA ) [4] . A month later, it was reported that the right to host the finals was won by Houston [1] [5] .
In addition to changing the format of the competition, this will be the first time in the history of ITTF when the World Cup finals will be held outside of Europe and Asia.
