Biography

Born on April 27, 1952 in the village of Khomichi, Bykhov district, Mogilev region, BSSR in the family of an employee. Mother - Maria Ivanovna Shchepova (Retired), father - Vladimir Alekseevich Shchepov. She graduated from high school number 1 in Bykhov. Since 1967, published poetry and notes in the newspaper "Lighthouse of the Dnieper." From 1970 to 1975 she studied at the Faculty of History and Philology of Gomel State University, currently named after Francis Skaryna. In 1975, she arrived for distribution to work at the Kovchitsky secondary school in the Svetlogorsk district of the Gomel region. She worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature, deputy director for educational work. Since 1976 - Director of the Korolevslobodskaya School of Svetlogorsk District. Until 1996, she worked in schools in Russia, a group of Soviet troops in Germany. She developed a program for World Art Culture (1988), met and was in friendly correspondence with the teacher-innovator from Donetsk V.F. Shatalov , worked together with the teacher-innovator at the 307th school of Leningrad (St. Petersburg) Evgeny Nikolaevich Ilyin , the author of the concept of teaching literature based on pedagogical communication.

Since 1996, she worked in the media:

  • Editor-in-chief of cable television studio STV, Baltiysk. The author of more than a thousand programs of informational, analytical, historical and cultural content (1996-2000);
  • journalist and editor of the broadcasting information department of the Yantar State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (2000-2004);
  • editor-in-chief of the newspaper Vestnik Baltiyska (2004-2005);
  • Editor - in-chief of the literary and art magazine Berega since 2013.

From 1996 to 2000, she worked as a deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Baltic City District, in the budget commission.

In 2019, by decision of the District Council of Deputies of the Baltic City District Municipality of the Kaliningrad Region dated July 18, 2019 No. 75, for the outstanding services to the municipality, the title of Honorary Citizen of the Baltic City District was awarded.

Scientific activity

In 2008 she defended her thesis on the specialty 09 00 13: Philosophical anthropology, religious studies, cultural philosophy - on the topic: “Philosophy of Culture N. S. Arsenyev ” at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of St. Petersburg State University.
