Description
Small hymenopteran riders , body length about 5 mm. Representatives of the genus can be distinguished from all other Agathidinae genera by the following combination of morphological characters: claws of the front and middle pairs of legs bifurcated; ovipositor is equal in length to the metasome; notauli complete; lateral carinae on forehead sharp and directed towards lateral ocelium; elongated cheeks and mouths; posterior trochantellus with a pair of longitudinal carinae. Close to the genus Cremnops . Species presumably, like other closely related groups, are solitary coynobionts-endoparasitoids of Lepidoptera caterpillars [1] [2] .
