Dulat Orazbekovich Kuanyshev (born October 29, 1960 in the Shuisky state farm in the Atbasar district of the Akmola region of the Kazakh SSR) is a Soviet and Kazakhstani civil servant and diplomat, ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a number of foreign states.
