He graduated from the Leningrad Electromechanical Institute. V.I. Ulyanov (Lenin) (1929).
In 1930-1932, the head of the energy transport sector in Uralmastkhod (Sverdlovsk). In 1932-1937 engineer of the Artillery Academy. Dzerzhinsky, Leningrad. In 1937-1940 a group engineer at the research laboratory of artillery instruments of the Main Artillery Directorate of the Red Army, Moscow.
In 1941-1951 at NII-10 (the future "Altair"): head of development of a vector-electric device for controlling artillery anti-aircraft fire (VEPUOZO).
Laureate of the Stalin Prize of 1943 - for work in the field of military equipment. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star (1945) and medals.
