Gameplay

The game starts from the screen where a map is shown, where the player can choose the currently available missions or access game features, including a store, casino and arena. Several common missions as well as story missions are always available. In addition, the player can play a daily mission every day for a small gold bonus.

Dead Trigger includes two forms of currency: money and gold. Money is earned in missions, killing zombies and completing tasks. Gold can be earned in daily missions and the player receives a small amount of gold with each level increase. However, getting gold in this way takes a lot of time, a player can buy gold for real money or earn gold by downloading other applications.

Money and gold can be used to buy weapons, equipment and improve the character. The weapons are mainly based on real firearms such as the Colt M1911A1 and AK-47 . Dead Trigger offers pistols, rifles, shotguns, machine guns and melee weapons. Items include first aid kits and watchtowers. Character enhancements include additional item and health cells.

Dead Trigger offers a basic level system where a player gains experience points and can level up, but leveling up only unlocks new weapons and items in the store.

All missions are divided into several basic ones, such as protecting doors or killing a certain number of zombies. There is a limited number of locations that are often used in both story and random missions. Another game mode is the arena, which is a wave-based survival mode.

Story

The game takes place in a world where the plague killed billions of people, and many others turned into dangerous creatures. Another part of humanity is desperately trying to survive in this world. Kyle, the protagonist of the game, meets a group of survivors led by Julian Lassan, who created a colony known as New Hope. He joins them and helps them survive. The group also finds an underground bunker and slowly searches its floor after floor. In the end, they learn that the plague was planned by a wealthy group. The plot ends when Julian and Kyle decide to follow them.

Edition

The game was released on iOS as a paid application, and then was added as a paid Android application. The developers eventually decided to switch to free-to-play , supported by in-app purchases due to high piracy. [one]
