- Gaucher de Chatillon, the husband of Jeanne de Guin, after the death of his father-in-law and to the death of his wife bore the title of Viscount Moe.
- Angerran de Coucy (d. 1344), the third son of Angerran V, lord de Coucy, cousin of Jeanne de Guine, after whose death he inherited the viscountry of Mo.

- Henri de Bourbon , son of the previous one. In 1627 (August 13) he sold the viscouncy of Mo to Maximilien I de Bethune, duke of Sully , who in the same year presented it to his grandson Philip (died 1682). He, having no direct heirs (his only daughter was tonsured as a monk), in 1640 gave way to his cousin Maximilien III de Bethune, duke of Sully.
