Biography
Abdijalel Koshkarovich Bakir Born on January 23, 1940 in the village of Aydarly in the Syrdarya district of the Kyzylorda region.
In 1956 he graduated from secondary school named after May 1 (now Kaltay Mukhamedzhanov) in the city of Kyzylorda
In 1963 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Literature at the Pedagogical Institute named after N. V. Gogol (now Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt At ).
In 1991, he defended the degree of candidate of philosophical sciences, the theme of the dissertation: “Overcoming bourgeois nationalism is an important factor in solving the national question of the USSR (on the experience of Kazakhstan).”
In 2006 he defended his doctorate in political sciences, the theme of the dissertation: “Formation of a professional Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan: political analysis”.
