Mikhail Pavlovich Bagas (born December 20, 1985 , Durlesti , Moldova ) is a Moldovan public figure, vice-chairman of the party “ Democratic Action ”, founder of the public organization “City without minibuses”, chairman of the Association of Ukrainians of the Republic of Moldova “Impreuna” [1] .

Education
He graduated from the Lyceum. Antioja Cantemira , has 2 higher incomplete education at the Technical University of Moldova and the Slavic University of the Republic of Moldova, higher education in “Business and Administration” and “International Relations: European Integration” (Master's degree) at IMI-NOVA University .
City without minibuses
The volunteer movement “A city without minibuses: Drivers help pedestrians” was founded by Mikhail Bagas in July 2014 during the traffic collapse in Chisinau [2] , which arose due to the strike of taxi drivers. [3] [4] In 2017, the movement gained official status in the form of the public organization “Oraşul fără Maxi-Taxi” [5] [6] - “City without minibuses” (GBM). During its existence, the organization carried out hundreds of activities aimed at improving the environmental [7] [8] , social [9] and economic [10] situation in Chisinau.
On the basis of a public organization, a voluntary civic emergency response unit, Echipa Voluntara de Interventie GBM [11], and the charity community GBM Help were created. [12] Under the leadership of Mikhail Bagas, the volunteer group “Echipa Voluntara de Interventie GBM” participated in the aftermath of the snowfall, [13] [14] assisted rescuers in case of fire in warehouses in Chisinau [15] [16] and in the explosion of a residential building on Riscani in 2018. [17] [18] For their activities, the organization's volunteers were repeatedly awarded with diplomas and diplomas from various government agencies, and in 2018 they were recognized as the best volunteer organization according to the General Inspectorate of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Moldova. Court with Ion Cheban
On February 20, in an anonymous Telegram channel, where private correspondence and personal documents of famous people were published on the eve of the elections, an audio recording appeared on which, according to the channel’s authors, the authorized representative of the municipal councilor Ion Cheban extorts € 50,000 from the representative of the developer for stopping the protests against construction. On the same day, Mikhail Bagas reposted the news on his Facebook page .
Soon after this, Ion Cheban filed a lawsuit in court, demanding to recover moral damage in the amount of 1 lei from the defendant. [31] As of July 2019, the case is pending before the Chisinau city court.
