Biography
According to data collected by local students, he was born in 1988, his father is a driver, his mother is a merchandiser, and the seller is in the store. Grandfather - participant of the Great Patriotic War [1] .
He graduated from the cadet class of a secondary school in the working village of Tavrichesky, Tavrichesky District, Omsk Region in 2006 [2] [3] [4]
In the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation since 2006. He graduated from the Omsk Tank Engineering Institute named after Marshal of the Soviet Union P.K. Koshevoy - a branch of the Military Training and Scientific Center "Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" in 2011 [5] .
According to the Heroes of the Country website, after graduating from college in 2012, he served in the tank battalion of the 200th separate Arctic motorized rifle brigade : tank platoon commander, deputy. the company’s weapons commander, 2013-2014 - the commander of the 2nd tank company, since December 2014 - the chief of staff of the tank battalion, in 2014 he received the rank of captain ahead of schedule [1] [6] .
For courage and heroism shown in the performance of a special task, “closed” (that is, officially unpublished) by decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2015, Captain Romanov Vitaly Vyacheslavovich was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation [1] .
In 2017, a memorial plaque was installed on the school building of the Tauride village [6] [7] .
He continues to serve in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, for 2018 - acting commander of the tank battalion of the 200th separate Pegeng motorized infantry brigade of the Northern Fleet. [8]
