Biography
Born on August 1, 1958 in Vinnitsa .
He graduated from the Kiev Trade and Economic Institute with a degree in trade economics [1] .
In 1998, he became deputy director of the Vinnitsa cooperative technical school for academic work, and after 8 months he headed the technical school. In 2009, he was elected vice president of the Vinnitsa Regional Weightlifting Federation.
In 2002 and 2010, he was a candidate for deputy of the Vinnitsa city council [2] .
In the early parliamentary elections of 2019, he was elected People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the IX convocation in the constituency No. 12 (Vinnitsa, Vinnitsa region [3] ) of the Vinnytsia region from the party " Servant of the People " among 15 candidates, receiving 33.32% of the vote [4 ] .
