Mikhail Kazantsev (born , ) is a Soviet sprinter , two-time champion of the USSR in the relay race 4 × 100 meters in 1951 and 1952, a participant in the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki At the Olympics, he represented the country in the 100 meter race . In the preliminary race he took third place with a result of 11.16 seconds and did not get into the final race.
