Biography
Born and lived in Khmelnitsky , in 1997 he graduated from high school No. 18 with honors, received 4 higher education in law (2003), pedagogy (2007), psychology (2012) and management (2012). He defended orphans, veterans of the Afghan war and ATO as a lawyer. He has written over a hundred scientific works in the field of law. Since 2016, she has been teaching at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv .
He has an older brother Ruslan Stefanchuk - the ideologist of the party "Servant of the People" and the representative of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine .
Political career
During the campaign for early elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, he became a candidate for people's deputies from the party "Servant of the People" in the 187 majority district (Khmelnitsky).
On July 14 at 12:00 at the Podilla stadium, he met with Vyacheslav Nevolko, a candidate for deputy from the Batkivshchyna party at the debate, which is a parody of the debates of Vladimir Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko. According to the CEC, in the election received 24882 votes - 35.82%, taking first place, overtaking candidate from the Freedom party and deputy of the Khmelnytsky city council Didenko Vitaly by 6%.
