Rebbo, Sadi

Born in the family of a naval officer. In his youth, he played in an amateur school staff in Casablanca. Wanting to become an actor, in August 1954 he went to Paris . With no money, he slept under the Pont Neuf bridge before renting a room in the university city of Paris. He got a job as a night watchman at the Magellan hotel. Sometimes he played on the stage. For three years he had to do different jobs: he was a seller, a bookbinder, an assistant in the circus.

Since 1960, he played on the stage of the Tristan-Bernard Theater. Later he began to act in films and on television.

During his acting career, he starred in 68 film and television films.

He was married twice, has three children: Jerome (born 1963) and the twins Guillaume and Melanie (born 1981). Sadie Rebbo is the uncle of the French actor, director and screenwriter Philippe Rebbo .

Died of cancer in Paris . Buried in Thieu .
