Biography
Born on July 30, 1920, the village of Smirnovka in the family of a peasant. At the end of 1940 he was drafted by the Montenegrin GVK in the city of Chernogorsk (Khakassky Autonomous Okrug) into the ranks of the Red Army , sent to the air force base of the 1st Red Banner Army of the Far Eastern District.
B.N.Sisskov took part in the hostilities against Japan in 1945. During the Korean War, made 123 sorties and 26 air battles from 1952 to 1953. He was shot down by 5 American F-86 fighters. For successful military operations he was awarded the Order of Lenin of the DPRK. Link commander of the 535th Fighter Aviation Regiment of the 9th Air Army. In 1953-1954 commanded a squadron of the 913th and 224th fighter aviation regiments in Korea.
In 1958, he resigned as a major. Boris Nikolayevich Siskov died on February 25, 1984 in Kislovodsk.
