Political party "Social and Political Movement Valentina Nalyvaichenko" Justice ""

Ex-head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentin Nalyvaichenko on October 19, 2015, together with well-known politicians and public activists, presented the anti-corruption Movement public organization (Ur. “Antikoruptsіyniy Rukh”).

"The organization of the anti-corruption movement today brings together many activists across the country, all who do not accept corruption. And we are on the path to fighting corruption," Nalyvaichenko stressed at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine .

On March 5, 2016 , the Unification Congress of Public Organizations took place in Kiev , which initiated the creation of the NGO “Anti-Corruption Movement Valentina Nalyvaichenko”. It was attended by representatives of 157 public organizations from all over the country who declared their unification into a single political force - the Social and Political Movement Valentina Nalyvaichenko “Justice” .

The congress was attended by more than 800 well-known politicians and international representatives, in particular, ambassadors of foreign states. In turn, Nalivaichenko announced the creation of the social and political movement "Justice", the basis of which became more than 3,000 activists from 16 regions. He also called for unity and stated that the Justice Movement would take part in the next election.

Among the basic principles on which the Justice Justice Movement will be based: Valentina Nalivaichenko’s zero tolerance for corruption, transparency in economic policy, and the creation of the “Army of Dignity ^[1] ”, which will help ATO soldiers and their families.

To date, the team of the Movement Valentina Nalyvaichenko “Justice” is represented in every region of Ukraine. Deputies from political power are represented in local councils of Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Chernihiv and Cherkasy regions.

The main task is to build a successful, state of dignity, devoid of lies, extortion, corruption and poverty.

The party undertakes to implement the main requirement of Ukrainian citizens - the establishment of a just Ukrainian state and the return of power to the nature of effective and honest service.

The main objectives of the political party "Socio-political movement Valentina Nalyvaichenko" Justice "" are:

• the transformation of Ukraine into a country where a person, his rights and freedoms are the highest values, and protecting a person is the main duty of the state;
• building a fair society of active citizens in Ukraine, a society that guarantees proper social protection to all who need it, a society whose economic achievements provide the country with a worthy place in the international arena, a society in which there is no place for corruption.

The key principles of building a new Ukraine are the principles of justice and national liberalism.

The party interprets the principle of justice for society as an object of a specific social contract.

Within 2 years from the moment of its creation, the party took an active part in the elections to local councils and united territorial communities and led its deputies to Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Chernihiv and Cherkasy regions.

However, despite the active struggle against corruption declared in the party’s program, justice, and the focus on the return of the power of honest service to the party, the party managed to be denounced in a number of mass media due to the non-transparency of its activities, dubious sources of funding and personalities involved in building the party ^{[2] [ 3] [4]} .

In 2019, Valentin Nalyvaichenko was nominated ^{[5] [6] by the} party to participate in the presidential elections in Ukraine and took 12th place with a score of 0.22%.
