Otake Risuke (大竹 利 典, Otake Risuke ) (date of birth March 10, 1926). The full name is Otake Risuke Minamoto No Takeyuki (大竹 利 典 源 健 之take Risuke Minamoto no Takeyuki ). Japanese martial artist. Shihan School At the age of 42 in 1967, Otake Sensei received a certificate from Gokui Kaiden - the highest level in the School, and became the leading instructor and technical director of the School. He opened a dojo near his own house in a village in Chiba Prefecture . Up until the 90s of the 20th century, Otake Sensei was a farmer and horse breeder. [1] He currently lives and teaches martial arts in rural areas near the city of Narita in Chiba Prefecture in Japan. The Tensin Shoden Katori Shinto-ryu teachings were recognized as the intangible cultural heritage of Chiba Prefecture in 1960, and Otake was appointed custodian of the tradition.
