The transfer of funds was carried out through one of the offshore companies, which Ukrainian officials may be involved in.

In March 2015, Bout led another high-profile arrest - right at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on suspicion of corruption, the head of the State Emergencies Service Sergey Bochkovsky and his deputy Vasily Stoetsky were arrested.
