Biography
Aginsky drilled . Since 1923 - Member of the Aginsky Aymachic Revolutionary Committee ( Buryat-Mongol Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ), member of the board of the Aginsky Aymachic Union of Consumer Societies.
In 1926 he became a member of the executive committee of the Tsugolsky Khoshun Council ( Buryat-Mongol Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ). Later he was appointed deputy prosecutor, prosecutor of the Aginsky aimak. Until April 1929, he worked as executive secretary of the Aginsky Aimach Committee of the CPSU (B.) .
From April 11, 1929 to July 6, 1934 he served as chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Buryat-Mongol Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic .
A friend and associate of Mikhey Erbanov , the head of the Buryat-Mongol Republic in 1923 - 1937 .
Repressed. In 1937, he was among those accused of participating in the so-called “ Pan-Mongol , counter-revolutionary, rebel-sabotage, sabotage organization” and preparation for the overthrow of the Soviet regime [1] .
