Biography
He graduated from a technical college. By specialty - electrical engineer . In 1921, he was a civil servant of the operations department of the General Staff (High Command) of the Polish Army. In the same year he entered the Polish diplomatic service.
The work of the Polish consulate officer in Antwerp (1921), in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, vice-consul in Schneidemühl ( Prussia ), in 1925–1927 - vice-consul and head of the consulate in Stettin , in the Polish embassy in Moscow (1927), headed the General Consulate of Poland in Minsk (1927-1928), in 1928 worked in the consulate in Leningrad . He headed a mixed commission for the repatriation of Poles from the USSR, in 1932-1936 - the consul general in Milan , was head of a department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1936-1938), the consul general in Amsterdam (1938-1940).
Was a resident of Polish intelligence.
