Biography
Born in 1921 in the village of Shevtsovo. Member of the CPSU.
Member of World War II. Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1985 - instructor of the personnel department of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, instructor of the department of defense and sports work of the Komsomol Central Committee, deputy head of the training and sports department, head of the department of applied sports and deputy chairman of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, Instructor of the Central Committee of the CPSU, First Deputy Chairman of the Union of Sports Societies and Organizations of the RSFSR, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports under the Council of Ministers of the RSF SR - Chairman of the USSR Ski Federation, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports under the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
He died in Moscow in 1993.
