Biography
Born in 1916 in Grozny. Member of the CPSU since 1939.
Since 1937 - in military service, public and political work. In 1937 - 1977 - Member of the Soviet-Finnish war, participant in the Great Patriotic War, deputy commander for political affairs of the 299th Infantry Regiment of the 225th Infantry Division, in political work and command posts in the Soviet Army, member of the Military Council of the Turkestan Military District.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Turkmen SSR of the 8th and 9th convocations.
He died after 1985.
