Victor Grigorievich Nekrasov is a Soviet economic, state and political figure.

Biography
Born in 1923 in the village of Samarskoye. Member of the CPSU.
Member of World War II. Since 1952 - on economic, public and political work. In 1952–1997, he worked at a blast furnace workshop, a senior foreman at the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant, a chief at a blast furnace shop, a chief engineer, a director at the Orsk-Khalilovsk Metallurgical Plant, and a senior agglomerator at the NOSTA Promising Development and Reconstruction Department.
He died in Novotroitsk in 1997.
