Born on October 8, 1927 in Cherepovets (according to other sources - in the village of Olkhovo, now Myaksinsky district, Vologda region).
Graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1950).
Since 1950, he worked in KB-1 ( NPO Almaz , GSKB Almaz-Antey) in positions from engineer to chief designer.
He took part in the development, testing, evaluation of the characteristics of the S-25 , S-75 , S-125 , S-200 , S-300P anti-aircraft systems. He led the development of technology for the integrated design of multidimensional nonlinear non-stationary control systems.
Doctor of technical sciences, professor. The author of more than 100 scientific papers, received 22 copyright certificates for inventions.
Laureate of the Lenin Prize (1980), A. A. Raspletin Prize, Russian Academy of Sciences (2001). Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation (1997). He was awarded two orders of the Red Banner of Labor , three medals.
