Bno-Hayriyan, Mikhail Karenovich

Mikhail Karenovich Bno-Airyan ( Ukrainian: Mikhailo Karenovich Bno-Airyan ; born February 1, 1984, Baku , Azerbaijan ) - Ukrainian diplomat and manager, deputy director of the State Enterprise Ukrenergo National Energy Company for Communications and International Cooperation [ 2] [3] . The author and leader of the project "Energy Diplomacy Strategies of Ukraine" [4] . Since July 10, 2019 - Chairman of the Kiev Regional State Administration [5] [6] .

Armenian by nationality.

Education

In 2007 he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv , majoring in International Economic Relations, qualification of an international economist, translator from Arabic (master's degree with honors) [7] .

From 2007 to 2009, he studied at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations , where he received an MBA degree in International Oil and Gas Business.

Career

In 2004, he began working as a journalist in the business publication Business .

October 2009 - December 2010 - third secretary, second secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in Russia . He was responsible for bilateral cooperation in the field of the fuel and energy complex [8] .

December 2010 - April 2012 - First Secretary of the Rapid Response Division, First Secretary of the Analysis and Planning Division of the Department of the Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (Assistant Minister).

February 2011 - January 2013 - Executive Secretary of the Council of Exporters under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine [9] .

April 2011 - January 2013 - Executive Secretary of the Working Group on Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Regions of Ukraine.

April 2012 - January 2013 - Advisor to the Analysis and Planning Department of the Department of the Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (Advisor to the Minister).

January 2013 - February 2014 - Advisor to the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Humanitarian Affairs.

January - October 2015 - Head of the European Integration Department of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry .

Since October 2015, he was Director of the Department of Strategic Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry [10] .

In 2016, he participated in the competition for the post of head of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration [11] .

On June 26, 2019, the Cabinet of Ministers supported the appointment of Bno-Ayriyan as chairman of the Kiev Regional State Administration [12] .
